DESCRIPTION:
My only large scale latin jazz composition (the opening melody was partly inspired by Vangelis's Heaven and Hell). It has three parts (Descarga(0:01), Ballad (10:58), Up swing). Written in 1994 this is the only recorded version and it doesn't include the third part. Apart from drums I play all the MIDI instruments myself with the exemption of two piano solos by the great George Kontrafouris.(0:25- 0:49), (4:44- 6:01).
Drums recorded at 111 studios by Takis Argyriou. All the rest recorded and mixed by Dimitri Bellos.
This very particular album (Enthymion) also featured S.Panagiotopoulos and G.Trandalidis with their bands and was produced by the world renowned drum designer Gabriel Tsangaris.
