Artist Biography: Busting out of the gate in 2012 with their debut EP, 'The Allegiance', Seven Deadly is an explosive new metal band. Rising from the ashes of Panic Cell (following their final show at Sonisphere, Knebworth 2011) this new band are armed n' ready to explode onto the music scene in 2014.
Featuring former Panic Cell members H Virdee (guitars) and Rob Hicks (drums) they are joined by ex Denounce member Dave Irving (guitars, b. vox) and newcomer powerhouse frontman Archie Wilson -- Seven Deadly hammer home a mix of thrash with melodic metal and lashings of groove.
Since the release of their debut single and music video, 'From This Darkness', the music industry has taken serious note of Seven Deadly: The band earnt themselves a headline slot on the Takeover Stage at Download 2012, toured the UK with flamenco metal peers Breed 77 in 2013, Classic Rock magazine awarded the quintets debut song 'Track Of The Day', Metal Hammer magazine featured a brand new song by the band on their CD covermount issue, Laney Amplification features 'From This Darkness as the soundtrack to their advertising campaign for the awesome new 'Ironheart' amp.
All this sounds amazing for a band that has only released one EP and three music videos and is yet to release their debut album (out 23rd of February) but this isn't your average band. When you take a band like Seven Deadly, whose members have shared stages with some of the biggest metal bands of our era (Metallica, Disturbed, Slayer, Megadeth, Anthrax, Devildriver etc) it's no wonder these guys have hit the ground running, hard!
