DESCRIPTION:
We're proud and excited to announce our first Canadian tour, in partnership with the Huntington Society of Canada. We'll be kicking off the tour at the Dakota Tavern on April 7 and traveling for the month of April making stops in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia.

We're aiming to raise awareness about Huntington disease, a fatal hereditary disease that affects 1 in 7000 Canadians, the symptoms of which are like having Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and Schizophrenia, all at once. At the moment there are no treatments that will stop or slow down the disease, but Canada is a world leader in Huntington disease research. Advancements that have reversed symptoms in mouse models offer real hope that a treatment can be found. This is a cause dear to our hearts, as band member Tam Maiuri is part of an HD family, and works in a research lab studying the disease and looking for a treatment.
