Samaritan Rockers sound was formed as a roots and lovers sound system in March 1977 in South London. By 1979 it took a new role of promoting up and coming reggae bands and artists, Kushites, Makka, the Surface Band, Just Elegance and Curfew working with one stop music from South London.
