DESCRIPTION:
Here's an old Back to the Bible quartet from circa 1960. Back to the Bible was founded in 1939 by Theodore Epp and they're still on the air today (minus the music). At its height, Back to the Bible broadcasts reached 90% of the globe,they had a publishing arm and owned a record label (Good News Recordings).

One thing that stands out to me regarding Back to the Bible's music was its simplicity. It was very well-done, but there wasn't any flashy accompaniment and the arrangements were not slick by any means. But that, in my opinion, is what made the music so attractive and unlike other music from this era, it still holds its own today.

I do not own any music I post on YouTube. My main purpose is to preserve old gospel recordings long out of print for people like who really haven't connected with contemporary Christian music today. I digitize recordings while still hopefully retaining the strong sonic qualities LPs are known for.
