There it is finally. Long awaited EP for polish electronic scene. Joana presents Save Your Tears, published by Rec.Out label. You can save some tears of joy for later though, first let yourself to listen this hypnotic like a sleepy fog and fresh as an air breezetrack that will awake your senses shortly.

'Save Your Tears' begins with a strong housey beat characteristic for Joana, than flows a deep old school bass and some rocking a bit duby arrangements, this all creates dreamy, lazy ambient sound that emerge from the vapors dense background. Finally, as a result of that all we have a beautiful, though slightly uneasy lullaby. Theme typical for Joana, who loves to surprise with quotes. Yet there, absolutely do not let yourself to wake up from this dream!

The "Too much is not enough" is roaring, energetic track, a bit like an old school house productions oriented. Tribal rhythms, short, clipped phrases, retro keys, extensive range of tasteful samples -- all that jazz. Here we have the recipe for a balance. Joana refers to wake your senses which as a result warms up a parquet. Moreover, title reveals intentions of an artist -- to much as a way of artistic expression is often not enough and not a point init at all to create such a good piece. Joana stays for less is more -- simple as that. Joana set to save the form and you have to admit that it turns out great this time.

The first EP also contains a remix of "Save your tears" by Gary Holldman with stunning, bass guitar, space filled with these keys and strong, even forcing to dance, beat.

On "Save your tears" Joana presents a very mature and yet innovative music material. There are plenty of sounds that are familiar to the earlier achievements of the artist, where definitely you can hear a clear inspiration of microhouse perfectly balanced with juicy dub techno. Joana in a prominent musical shape serves tears of happiness and makes you crave for the whole album to be explored as a journey of mindblowing sounds.
