For most of us, music is the soundtrack of our lives and certain artists through our journey have played a big role. Kelly Joe Phelps is no exception after I discovered his music more than 20 years ago. One of those emotionally driven musicians, virtuosic in his acoustic and slide playing, and a lyricist who carries his heart on his sleeve.
