"Resembling my back, a sakura" - could possibly be "just a sakura on my back" which doesn't make much sense to me but

- because of the "polygon us" being in english I'm not sure if it's supposed to make a multilingual multiclause sentence or several short ones - therefore - not sure if the verbs here are in "do" form or an adverbial clause so it may be
"carved into this heart... etc" instead
