I feel distant and alone,my stomach In knots,chest tight at the thoughts I may be alone again, that I may not have a path to take anymore,And we're told we all feel this,like it's some sort of casual torment faced by those who open their eyes. This isn't true. No one should have to feel like this. To feel like me.

It's hard to admit that I've lost my composure, and it's hard to face that I've lost control,I tried so hard to keep away from the fire but now there is a fire growing inside me and there is no going back to how it used to be.

these crippling constrains that are put upon us like shackles at birth to keep us "in line" and "normal" they suffocate us, and as rust forms upon them I can almost see the light,but for so many it's too late.

And for the absent I pay virtue,this is a testament to you, a testament to all of those who must start a-new, breaking free for what we once saw and embracing what we need.
