Vermont’s storied Marlboro Music Festival is a mecca for the finest young musicians in the world, and this year, its touring arm, Musicians from Marlboro, celebrates its 50th anniversary.

Join us for a 50th birthday celebration featuring Jonathan Biss and Ieva Jokubaviciute, piano; Anthony McGill, clarinet; Marcy Rosen, cello; Robin Scott, violin; and Sarah Shafer, soprano, performing two Marlboro signature pieces: Schubert’s Shepherd on the Rock and Mendelssohn’s Piano Trio in D minor. Four of the artists will be heard on this season's tours and all have been frequent MFM participants. Hosted by WQXR’s Jeff Spurgeon.
