Founded in 2003 in the heart of the Ruhr-Area, Germany, From My Hands had the
goal to write uncompromising music that moves beyond any clichés. For 7 years
during a demo, a full length album and a split CD, the fi ve musicians strain stages
throughout Germany and surrounding areas (e.g. the Netherlands, Belgium or
Austria), with an impulsive and energetic liveshow. Their music is a relay race between
different musical infl uences and leads to a mixture of melody and relentless
hardness, that takes friends of different genres of hard music to their home stereos,
or directly in front of the stage. Who always wanted to be hit by a tank during a
pleasant stroll in the sunshine and in good mood, will surely love this fi vepack from
Bochum, Germany.
