CLOBBERIN TIME was founded back in 2003 directly after the demise of Copykill. The three remaining members (Chris Mattheis – vocals, Sascha Hemig – guitar



and Stephan Winter – drums) decided to create a new, rough and hard in-your-face hardcore band combining old school hardcore with heavy tunes and hard mosh.

The band recruited Oliver Sarkander for the open slot on bass guitar and after a few rehearsals the first songs were ready to be recorded. Finally



the band released their first six song demo entitled „Death Comes Ripping demo 03“ with an limited issue of 250 copies. For their surprise the demo was



totally sold out within a couple of weeks.

After many successful shows CLOBBERIN TIME teamed up with „Personal Vendetta“ from Belgium to release a split CD entitled „Tape Measure Blast“ on



Filled With Hate Records in 2004.

Shortly after the release of „Tape Measure Blast“ Oliver Sarkander left CLOBBERIN TIME to fill the empty slot in End of Days and Suffocate Sanitys



(R.I.P) guitarist Stefan Vârvoreanu was recruited to play the bass guitar.

In February 2005 Jogi Neumann (ex-Impure –R.I.P) joined the band to complete the line-up as a skilled bass player, so Stefan was able to change his



bass to a guitar. Actually CLOBBERIN TIME is showing up with the strongest line up in the bands short history

In October 2005 CLOBBERIN TIME recorded their first full length album entitled „The Dawn Of A Dying Race“ at famous Stage One Studios with mastermind



Andy Classen which was released on Filled With Hate Records on April 3rd, 2006!

CLOBBERIN TIME played shows with bands like Madball, Irate, Strength For A Reason, Born From Pain, End Of Days, Deadsoil, Hatesphere, Cataract, Zero



Mentality…only to mention a few! CLOBBERIN TIME is always looking for shows….to bring some mayhem into the international hardcore scene…
