DESCRIPTION:
A song in four parts , it continues on after first fast part with a peaceful interlude then resolves ... I do not even believe in Satan but I do believe there is good and evil and temptation in all of us and like everyone else, I struggle with it ...this song in particular is about a specific temptation I did have , turned it down then found out that rules had changed regardless , so it didn't matter... I spent a lot of time on this , and circumstances actually changed as I was writing it...kind of reminds me of a ancient effort I made called "Waiting For Bob Hope to Die" and the fucker actually died while I was putting it together ..but hell, he lived 100 years so don't blame me for killing him...and yeah, parts of this do indeed sound like my old band, but , my old band didn't have sound effects or saxophone and I sing a hell of a lot better now ...I shoot most of this stuff around the Salton Sea , a lot at Travertine Rock and some in the Cuyamacas ...
