(Note: This is the U.S. band, not to be confused with the German [2] band of the same name.)



What is "Chainsaw Masturbation"? Why has someone made such degenate filth?

Chainsaw Masturbation was conceived in February 2005 from the sick sense of humor of it's dicktator, Commander Cuntwhorefecalvagina. The name was inspired one night in November of 2004 while watching pornographic films, masturbating and listening to the Fuck. I'm Dead song "Slowly Raped With A Chainsaw". Since than, Chainsaw Masturbation has been ejaculating filth at a steadily declining rate due to dropping sperm counts. Since late 2007 Chainsaw Masturbation has developed into a full band.



Why doesn't Chainsaw Masturbation have one specific lyrical theme?

What, you want me to pick one thing and use it only? You don't like that I have songs about having sex with muppets, dismembering hookers with chainsaws, crushing National Socialism, evil priests and Judge Dredd? The primary purpose of the bands lyrical themes are whatever I have fun writing. Sometimes I'm in the mood for vicsious killers, other times for lesbians covered in shit. If you don't like it, go fuck yourself.



Weren't you guys once a electro/cyber-"grind" project?

Eh, don't remind us. That was due to no method to record music decently as a one person project/band. Luckily that changed (both recording and amount of persons).



Does Chainsaw Masturbation ever play live?

We played our first venue show December 8th at the Epicentre in Mira Mesa. However, we only met our drummer 5 minutes before we played so we were off as hell. Will play more shows soon, however.



You guys suck.

We play because we enjoy the music we make. If you like it, good glad we could share it let us know. If you don't like it, oh well. Anyways, we'll fully admit that we are nothing special



All vocals and music up until December of 2007 were by Command Cuntwhorefecalvagina.



Doing split material is enjoyable! If any band or projects wants to do split stuff with us, get in contact. Even if you are of a different genre we'd be glad to do split material. Also contact us if you're a label or artist and would be willing to 'work' with us in some form.



We would also like to play shows in the local area, preferably with other metal bands. REAL punk and hardcore is also gladly accepted however.
