In February 2000, the release of their debut album with Crimage Records entitled Block Back Boomin, hit the streets and stores with a bang! With their street rhymes and individual flavas, the public grabbed a hold and would not let go, thus creating the Block Boyz as a household name. So what happens next is needless to say. Three years later in January 2003, their long awaited self-released sophomore album (on their independent label, Block 2 Block Entertainment) entitled Ghetto Hillbillies was hot off the press and leaving the shelf faster than the stores could put them out. Many area stores stated, They are the top-selling local artist we carry. November 2004, the Block Boyz dropped Block 2 Block Mix Tape Vol. 1. This just stepped the game up another level, preparing everyone for their junior album All or Nothin, due out soon.
