DESCRIPTION:
SHE LIVES è un’associazione culturale fondata da Fabiana Piersanti, Guido Barbieri e Alessio Elia, nata per promuovere la musica del nostro tempo e svincolarla dalla stanca e meccanica abitudine di definirla accostando al sostantivo musica l’aggettivo contemporanea: la contemporaneità non è e non può essere una declinazione del linguaggio musicale, ma la condizione in cui viviamo il tempo presente.

Il video è stato realizzato dagli allievi dall'Accademia di Cinema e Televisione Griffith, diretti da Vincenzo Ramaglia, come volontaria forma di sostegno alle attività dell'Associazione SHE LIVES. All'Accademia Griffith va il nostro profondo ringraziamento.

Le immagini sono tratte dal festival "SHE LIVES incontra l'Ungheria", che si è svolto a Roma (Accademia di Ungheria in Roma e Accademia Filarmonica Romana) nell'estate del 2014. SHE LIVES è stata l'unica istituzione culturale in Italia a inserirsi nel quadro delle celebrazioni mondiali dei 70 anni del Maestro Péter Eötvös.

SHE LIVES is a cultural association, founded by Fabiana Piersanti, Guido Barbieri e Alessio Elia, that is born for promoting the music of our time in order to free it from the tired and mechanical habit of being defined through the combination of the substantive music with the adjective contemporary: the contemporaneity is not and cannot be a declination of the musical language, but it is the condition in which we live the present time.

The video was made by students of the Griffith Academy of Cinema and Television based in Rome, directed by Vincenzo Ramaglia, as a voluntary form of support to the activities of SHE LIVES.The Griffith Academy deserves our deep gratitude.

The images are taken from the festival "SHE LIVES meets Hungary", which was held in Rome (Hungarian Academy in Rome and Accademia Filarmonica Romana) in the summer 2014. SHE LIVES was the only cultural institution in Italy to be part of the worldwide celebrations for the 70th birthday of Maestro Péter Eötvös.
