Tatu Virtamo

Tatu Virtamo's compositions explore the middle ground between concrete sound, ambient textures and traditional musical aesthetics. He primarily uses processed piano, guitar, human voice and field recordings for his work. Virtamo holds a Master's degree in sound design (Theatre Academy of Finland, 2009) and works as a sound designer/engineer at the City Theatre of Lahti, Finland.
