Artist Biography: Year: 2014. Month: April. The new band TYTUS officially rises from the ashes of GONZALES, the turbo rock'n'roll act that inflamed the European underground during the past 10 years. The umpteenth change in their line up and its effect on the direction taken by their sound finally convinced Gonzales' guys that time had come to start a new project.
TYTUS music takes the NWOBHM of late 70s (Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Angel Witch) and Thin Lizzy's heavier sounds, blends them with the modern approach of bands like Valient Thor, Witchcraft, The Sword, adds scents of Hawkwind and Kyuss here and there, and serves everything with a contemporary powerful production.
TYTUS has recently released their first two track ep "WHITE LINES" as the result of cooperation between 3 different labels: "Ghost Highway Records" from SPAIN, "Self Destructo Records" from USA and "Kornalcielo Records" from ITALY. It has been published as "collectors' edition" in 7" vinyl format. Both vinyl and cover colors differ along with the country: it is Yellow in Spain, Green in Usa, Purple in Italy.
