This week we are using LaserFlex on our Trotec laser cutting machine.

LaserFlex is a transfer film for customizing textiles. The laser can reproduce even the finest details with intricate design. Once the artwork has been engraved or cut out on the laser unit, the design is applied to the textiles using a transfer press. LaserFlex is characterized by good opacity and high elasticity.

LaserFlex has been specially designed to not only be cut but also to be weeded by laser. This means that it is no longer necessary to mechanically remove excess material between graphics and letters or along edges. Laser Flex film can be washed at up to 60 degrees Celsuius. Any residues
