To the VANISHING point

To The Vanishing Point started as a one man project in winter 2004. Quickly it evolved into a four piece band. Although the band is recent, its members are not newcomers. The band is made of former members of Shovel, Layne, Hirsute or Polar. The first album «This is where it all began» was released in april 2005 in Switzerland and in february 2006 in France. It mixes acoustic songwriting with slightly electro post-rock. We gave plenty of concerts all over Switzerland, played in cool festivals (Pully For Noise, Caprices Festival, Tohu-Bohu Open Air, Jerkov Festival @ Le Batofar in Paris). These days, were working on new material, writing new songs, experimenting We plan to release next album early 2007. The new stuff sounds pretty cool. Well put some demos on this page, so stay tuned!
