These are songs that Bjøro Håland has performed over many years and which have become an important part of his repertoire: "Seven Spanish Angels", "Long Gone Lonesome Blues" and "Sound of the Blues" are some examples. A highlight of the album is Håland's brilliant medley in which he performs interpretations of, among others, Johnny Cash's famous songs "Folson Prison Blues" and "I Walk the Line". The album contains well-known and beloved songs, both for Håland and for the audience, and there is no doubt that these songs have a special meaning for the artist: He performs them with warmth, empathy and impresses with a formidable vocal performance.
