Check out Frost sneaking into FBI headquarters to grab the files/warrants of him and his wanted friends "Tijuana No", while Uncle Sam is asleep. Later he invites Pete Wilson for a ride with the help of Tijuana No, (coming out of a hotel with his secretary) and scolds him for prop 187. (ooops seems they where a little bit tough on him, ...sorry).
