About the band:
Formed in the Summer of 2010, Visions of The Vanished (formerly known as Facts From Fiction) is a 5 piece band which was formed by musicians Roberto Miranda and Alejandro Mena. With a desire to make more music, the two musicians acquired friends Ernesto Grassi and Darren Torres in hopes of solidifying the sound. After numerous drummer tryouts, Ryan Walsh (ex-Darkness Descends) was added to lineup; thus creating Visions of The Vanished. Our music is full of Action packed drumming, moving basslines, simple yet elegant guitarwork, and versatile vocals. Combined from countless influences; VotV's sound can be described as metalcore that is about as melodic as it is heavy.
