DESCRIPTION:
The film by Petr Vaclav portrays the staging of an opera Olimpiade and introduces Josef Myslivecek, a friend and teacher of W. A. Mozart. The opera was premiered in spring 2012 in the National Theatre in Prague, then travelled to Dijon, Caen and Luxembourg. The performance was directed by the Ursel Hermann and conducted by Vaclav Luks and his Collegium 1704.
