After the success of my orchestral rendition of Children of Bodom, I decided I wanted to do another symphonic tribute. Many people had suggested doing another Children of Bodom one which would have been cool. However the only problem was I didn’t really think about that at the time and sort of crammed all the music I could into which kind of exhausted all the good material to arrange. So I eventually decided I’d attempt to create a symphonic tribute to Avenged Sevenfold. Though I was a little skeptical at first at how well it would convey and how well it would stand up against the Children of Bodom, I think it turned out better than I ever could have hoped! It’s very dynamic and changing in pace and textures as I tried to capture Avenged Sevenfold's tendency to cover a range of different styles and moods throughout their albums. I hope you enjoy it!
