The Small Faces-'What'cha Gonna Do About It', recorded live for 'Beat Beat Beat', on 20/10/1966. I love the way Steve tells the presenter to get out of the way. Steve Marriott at his best owning the stage.Ronnie Lanes bass is very over-driven/distorted/dirty, and adds to this performance. I think, may-be, the Sonor drum kit, is an 'in house' kit used by the 'Beat Beat Beat' studio, as Kenny usually played Ludwig.

Just a bit of trivia, look at Kenny Jones ride cymbal, you will see a bunch of keys, attached to an elastic band, this is to give the ride a 'Sizzle' very sixties, of course you can get proper 'sizzles', a cymbal with holes drilled, and rivets fitted in loosely, causing the rivets to vibrate, an example of this can be heard on McCartney's 'Blue-Bird', from 'Band on the Run'. I think he used paper clips and elastic bands to get the same effect. Jazz drummers also favour these kind of ride cymbals.
