DESCRIPTION:
This video is set to a Re-Mix of the original 3 track of "Nothin'" which appeared on "Too Much Too Soon" on Pacemaker Records. It was done at MANTA Sound in 1997 by Roger Mayne and myself. I chose it for the video because of the clarity of the sound and the presence we managed to get on the guitars. It definitely was Roger's favorite mix! We used wonderful Nieve Tube Compressors to bring out the warmth & punch & crunch in the sound. This is what we sounded like "Live" at "Charlie Brown's" in "Yorkville" back in 1966. You can only achieve this sound with vintage gear!
