2. The prices are not absolute/fixed. They are subject to change with time (For e.g. the value of record might become 'x' times of the current price in the next 'y' years).
3. The really obvious and popular albums (Bealtes, Velvet Underground, etc.) are not included. This is mainly a "prog" related video.
4. The price range for each of the albums has been decided on the basis of sold listings on Ebay, Discogs, Popsike, Music Stack, etc.
5. Box Sets/Compilations are not included.
6. The prices mentioned are (in majority of the cases) for records whose conditions (media, cover and inner sleeve) range from "Very Good" to "Mint".
