As I said earlier, the entire Berryville Band could not make this game due to members practicing for All Region. Thus, we were short the color guard, some drummers, and the pit members. This is why Berryville did not march their KOTO show at half time. Yet, the Berryville Band went to the home stand side of Pea Ridge and watched the Pea Ridge Band perform. This is just one of the many attributes that I love about the Berryville Band. Berryville applauded the Pea Ridge Band on their great performance. Notice bass drummer Reuben giving high fives to the Pea Ridge Band Members as they left the field. That is class. Another thing you may have noticed if you have watched many of the high school bands in the area, is that Berryville always does an unique show with unique music, while other bands do traditional movie tunes and other such simpler songs. Not to take anything away from these bands, because well known songs are easier to catch mistakes. Its just that Berryville is always fresh.
