DESCRIPTION:
Oslo, Gong 40th. The show was absolutely spectacular and energetic. I could easily find a host of other superlatives but it was just great fun. They were bang on,all night. The band looked as though they enjoyed themselves as well.

Steve Hillage Band opened and played a stunning set. He broke a string and after a short repair made up by continuing to mesmerize with the glowing sound produced by his Steinberger. The only disappointment was that he played a short set.

half hour break and then Gong played for over two hours. Daevid also plays a Steinberger. At various times he and Steve used a slide that looked like a pen. Gilli was enchanting.Theo had a chance to shine and he did just that, thanks..
