hey guys:) this is just a video on how i edit portraits on lightroom w/o using presets or anything. this video includes eye brightening and how to smooth out skin as wellll hope it helps

if you're wondering what settings i used for this photo in particular:
ISO 200, f/2.0, shutter speed @ 1/160. it was getting really close to sunset (on a partly cloudy day) as well. i used a canon sl1 with a 50mm 1.8 lens by Yongnuo! not bad for a $50 lens on a crop sensor, huh?
