DESCRIPTION:
This song was written by myself 3 years ago and it was inspierd by Daniel Lanois, when he sung Acadie, a song about his French ancestors. So I did one about my own French ancestors, too, they were huguenots and went through tough times in the 16thnd 17th century. Dans music inspired me, too , to write a song half in French, what was difficult for me, as I had to teach that language back to me, first....
The video was mostly filmed on the huguenot path that is between France and ends in Bad Karlshafen, a huguenot founded village,there in the forest I filmed most of it.
The song was played with electric guitar and omnichord and also with an echo pedal, that can make pretty cool sounds (feedbacks...) itsself....
