DESCRIPTION:
This is a medley of songs by The Gurus' James. The songs are Yeh Shaam Mastani, Khwaab Ho Tum, Suragni, Chulu Chululu, Chaadar Bichaao Balma and Era Bini Tu, all Fiji style.
This was performed in western Sydney at the annual Gurus family and friends only get together on the 7th of October, 2011 so the boys are all relaxed, as you can tell!
As per usual, from left to right, Pronol on the Keyboards (his number one keyboard's pitch bend control was misfiring and getting stuck the whole night!!), Sahid on the Guitar, James Vocals (some of you may remember, James is from the legendary Tru Vybes), Jitend, our versatile singer on Congo and Dholak, John, our Solomon Islander multitalented drummer mixing the audio (we used The Gurus own sound system), singing backup and on the Electric Drums, and, Neal is the Bassman.
I hope you like it. This clip is straight off a video camera, without an audio connection to the mixer so the audio could have been better.
The dancer is Mama. He got a bit carried away!!!
