The Garage Gods

The Garage Gods write original music that sounds like its straight out of the mid 60's.



The Garage Gods songs are guaranteed to get stuck in your head full of vintage Vox Organ, Fuzz, shimmery vibrato guitars, lots of powerful yet broody minor chords with catchy choruses, memorable melodies and tight vocal harmonies.



The band was formed in 2008 in Portland Oregon as the brain child of Gary Slammer the groups lead vocalist and songwriter and his band of revolving musicians who have played shows across the Northwest.



The band just released its first single “Had Enough Of Your Lies” a 7” vinyl 45 from Lost In Tyme Records & Fanzine of Athens Greece which has been played on Little Stevens Underground Garage and is currently featured on the primitive show podcast and garagepunk.com’s state of mynd 17 Look for an upcoming review in Shinding Magazine.



The band is currently in the studio recording their full length LP & CD to be released next year.
