PUBLISHED:  Oct 09, 2012
DESCRIPTION:
Music Video for "Before the Fall". The first chapter in the the story of September Mourning.

Lyrics:

We might be through with the past but the past isn't through with us
Hung over head like storm clouds
Wash away what we've become

In The rise before the fall
When our lies, they were all torn away
The rage is burning from within
your scars I'm wearing on my skin
My fatal Flaw
The weakest part of me is you

Bury me alive
With broken hands of time
heartless soldier with the onyx eyes
Losing blind faith in daylight
Darkness comes all at once

In The rise before the fall
When our lies, they were all torn away
The rage is burning from within
your scars I'm wearing on my skin
My fatal Flaw
The weakest part of me is you

And i
Words exploding like ten thousand white grenades
Stars that bleed from skies weve known all our days

It's never ending
It's never ending
It's never ending

No matter what comes of us
When we bleed we bleed the same
No matter what comes of us
When we bleed we bleed the same
No matter what comes of us
In The rise before the fall
When we bleed we bleed the same
In The rise before the fall

The rage is burning from within
your scars I'm wearing on my skin
My fatal Flaw
The weakest part of you is me
The weakest part of you is me
The weakest part of you is me
The weakest part of you is me

September Mourning is a trans-media project created by artist Emily Lazar and comic book mogul, Marc Silvestri. The project, based around a fictional character named September, uses all forms of modern media to create it's own universe. At the core of this project is the story of September, a Reaper that walks in both the worlds of the living and the dead. She wields the power to take souls to the afterlife or give them a second chance in this life. Her unique powers stem from the mercy and love of a Reaper named Riven who was sent to take her soul when she was mortal.
