DESCRIPTION:
Coming hard on the heels of their acclaimed debut album 'Yo Bonita', which scored Album of The Week praise from the likes of The Sunday Mirror and Sunday Mail, The Cuban Brothers Present The CBs are set to fire off their latest salvo of aural sunshine, 'So Sweet', featuring soul chanteuse Mica Paris, on July 15th.

An album highlight that has repeatedly been singled out for praise, 'So Sweet' sees the CBs indulge in luscious Philly soul sounds with Cuban Brothers head honcho, Miguel Mantovani and Mica Paris dripping their honeyed vocals throughout. With a huge chorus built around the vocal hook "won't somebody take me back to the days in the hood, when it was good", 'So Sweet' is unashamedly retro, brimming with nostalgic vibes of partying all night in summers past. An out and out crowd pleaser, it's destined to top playlists all summer long.

Adding even more dancefloor versatility to the package is Lack of Afro AKA Adam Gibbons, who takes the sunshine sounds of 'So Sweet' and steers things in a head-nodding reggae direction, adding dubbed out flavours to the horns and system-wrecking bass before effortlessly transforming it into a sublime early doors floor filler full of funky disco charm.

When super-hot sibling duo Star One get their hands on 'So Sweet' they lose no time in cranking up the bpms and rinsing the future garage vibes. Recent residents on 1Xtra's UKG show, the pair know how to head straight to the heart of the dancefloor and before you know it they've got the action going off with skipping beats, punchy bass and a full on horn workout.

The Cuban Brothers Present The CBs - 'So Sweet' is released on A-Skillz Jam City label on July 15th.
