*Bluegrass, Folk, Blues, Country, Roots … The Cowpokes play it all. And although they only use acoustic instruments, these boys swinging like no other ! What can you expect ? American traditionals, often with Irish influences, in an original and yet own way be interpreted. Old folk ballads and popular event-jigs. Sometimes a blues harmonica with whimpering, then stirring again with bluegrass banjo virtuoso work and beautiful three-part vocals. Charly Jansen (mandolin), Jerry Gout (banjo) and Pete Noppen (guitar) have their entire musical life already engrossed in the music of Hank Williams, Doc Watson, Johnny Cash, Bill Monroe and The Dubliners. And you can hear !
