DESCRIPTION:
My name is Keenan West and I am a recording artist and anti-bullying activist from Cincinnati, Ohio. Over the last few years I’ve traveled around the country bringing my anti-bullying assemblies (see the Electronic Press Kit https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fyn4fDLI9Cg) to over 500 schools, K-12. This school year, I’m excited to be partnering with the Secret Mean Stinks anti-bullying program to bring together our joint missions to bring an end to bullying and mean behavior. With their support, I will bring our Secret Mean Stinks Nicest. Tour. Ever. assemblies to at least 75 schools across the country during the 14/15 school year, and hope your school can be one of them! My anti-bullying performance is 60 minutes long and combines my pop-culture inspired videos, (“Never Ever” Bully Prevention Music Video) music, and dance with Secret Mean Stinks’ and The Cincinnati Children’s Hospital’s proven anti-bullying curriculum, providing powerful and thought-provoking motivational messages that engage students and help them take ownership of bringing an end to bullying at their school and among their friends. As a recording artist, I truly want my voice to not only raise awareness of the issue of bullying, but also to highlight and celebrate the kids that have taken it on themselves and found the courage to stand up against mean behavior. Following a Secret Mean Stinks Nicest. Tour. Ever. assembly, students will not only walk away with tangible ways to combat bullying, but also a newfound sense of unity amongst their peers.

This above video is dedicated to all the kids that stand up to bullying and those who choose to make a difference in the lives of kids who are bullied. Fifty cents from every download of both versions of "Never Ever" from iTunes and everywhere else digital music is sold will be donated to PACER's National Bullying Prevention Center (PACER.org/bullying)
