DESCRIPTION:
B.B.Band was founded and created
in 1989. Since 1990 the band has been performing in Finland at major places for entertainment like "Marina Palace", "Vassakia Hotel", "Luvesskulia Hotel", night clubs in Lahti, Kotka and Helsinki, as well as onboard the ships of a big ferry-boat companies like "Viking Line" and "Silja Line". They have a subsequent contracts in Norway,Sweden and Denmark. In 1993 the band made recordings at the Finnish Radio with Pavi Makkinen who is a famous star - both singer and actress. In 1993 the band presented a half-an-hour show for the Norwegian TV together with Terje Kleven - a popular Norwegian performer of swing, bibop and dixieland. By the year of 2000, the band has given performances in all the Scandinavian countries. Currently the band was renovated, joined by a brass-section of young, talented and well trained musicians, and accumulated a very rich repertoire to satisfy the musical wishes of the audience. Until the 4-th of January 2003 B.B.Band was on six-month tour in South Korea.
