BIG V PRODUCTION Presents the 4th annual Black Out Party.Saturday, October 19 at 7:30pm at The Clocktower Resort in Rockford, Illinois.

A portion of the proceeds this year are going to Swedish American's Diabetes Self Management Center. This center provides provides programs that cover a variety of critical content - nutrition management, the importance of physical activity, medication management, glucose monitoring, and psychosocial issues related to diabetes.
This disease disproportionately affects the African-American community and thereby deserves this year's BP4 Spotlight. By making a donation or buying a ticket, you are directly helping those here in the Stateline area who are suffering from diabetes.
