Alt-pop quartet Echosmith dropped their debut Talking Dreams recently, and it's pretty spectacular. Hey, I'll wait for you to download it now. OK, good. The band consists of Sierota siblings Jamie (vocals/guitar), Sydney (vocals/keyboard), Noah (vocals/bass), and Graham (drums). Geez, I can't get along with my sibling that well - enough to put out a record. Anyway, Alternative Press selected them as one of their "100 Bands To Watch in 2013 and MTV has declared them a "Buzzworthy Obsession." They also played the Vans Warped Tour and opened for Owl City. In NYC, the band filmed an A-Sides with Jon Chattman (asidesmusic.com) session - singing "Cool Kids" - a former iTune single of the week, and chatted about stuff. They even called out New Beat Fund for no reason other than I had just filmed a session with those talented cats, too.
