DESCRIPTION:
Russian President Vladimir Putin is due to hold a protocol meeting with Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, in Moscow on Monday, January 18.

The meeting aims at contributing to “the normalization of the protracted, dangerous situation in the Middle East,” speaker of the Russian lower house, Sergei Naryshkin, stated.
