Every week we invite our favourite DJs to play the club in the corner of our office but this Friday we've got something big lined-up. For the next eight weeks we've decided to move The Lab to the heart of East London. We will be streaming live from the Samsung GALAXY Shoreditch Studio to spread the Mixmag word.

This week we have the stunning French tag-team of Surkin and Canblaster. Surkin, along with Bobmo and Para One, runs the dynamic Marble imprint which specialises in putting out a wide spectrum of electronic music. The young Frenchman shot to the limelight with cuts such as 'White Knight Two', 'Ultra Light' and 'Silver Island' and with his 'Advanced Entertainment System' EP getting the deluxe treatment this month, he's an artist who is constantly innovating.

Joining Surkin will be Canblaster, another regular on the circuit. His recent 'Infinite' EP which came out on Marble has caused quite a stir online and his washed out brand of half-time two step has been doing the rounds heavily. When he's not flying solo he's a member of the four-man stable Club Cheval and anyone familiar with their work on Bromance Records will know this is pretty special.
