Leftover Studio // Recording Acoustic Guitar (Fingerpicking) with LCT 340 - Video
PUBLISHED:  Oct 01, 2015
DESCRIPTION:
Guitarist/producer Andreas Schulz uses a matched pair of LEWITT LCT 340 pencil mics to record a Breedlove Oregon Concert steelstring guitar. In this clip you hear typical fingerpicking comping that might be played to back up a vocalist. The LCT 340 produces a nice and clean sound without any boomy midrange, you get a production-ready sound without the need to equalize. The clip was recorded at LEFTOVER STUDIO (www.leftover-studio.de). Preamp & A/D-conversion: Audient MICO. Recording interface: RME Multiface. DAW: Cubase. Guitar: Breedlove Oregon Concert CE 25th Anniversary.
