Having been asked to write a song promoting Little Chef by the indomitable Jake Manion, here's the best I could do.

I have a new mic, so the sound quality is better, but I can't work out how to make it louder. Grr.

If you've seen the other Songs From My Room, you may also notice that the room is different - I'm moving house (again!) in about ten days from now (9th Feb 09).

Driving down the M4 I get a pang of hunger
Perhaps Ill stop at Little Chef for a little bite of cancer
Cos the sausage isnt good and the bacon is cold and the eggs a little wiffy cos its a little old
The baked beans arent baked beans exactly,
And the mushrooms resemble Klingon acne,
And the puddle of grease that underscores this frightful feast, Is not tempting in the least, in fact Id rather be deceased
Then chow down on this disaster
Little Chef is not the answer,
Little Chef will give you cancer.

Little Chef will make you die.
