Micha Moerta (Tilburg 22 february 1987), also known as SONIKBEATZ. A Dutch producer with Surinam/Javanese roots who works a lot with Dutch artists. He makes and plays music for 17 years, thanks to his brother Jay Moerta (PowaBeatz). He motivated him to make hiphop. When SONIK grew older he built up a higher reputation in the music world. For exemple he got into contact with DJ Sueside (Wu-Tang). DJ Sueside showed SONIK the real music world. In 2008 SONIK bought his own MPC after seeing YouTube videos that inspired him. This was his first music maker to create new live beats. Later he started to make live music too. Nowadays he's a producer and an artist of his own music.
