PROJET
Afin d'attirer l'attention de nos contemporains sur le drame vécu par le peuple tibétain, FREE BETTI réalise des clips de la chanson DHARAMSALA en différentes langues et arrangements originaux avec des artistes du monde entier. Ecrite en 1998, la chanson Dharamsala évoque le destin des enfants tibétains qui franchissent l'Himalaya au péril de leur vie pour fuir leur pays et trouver refuge en Inde ou au Népal. Cette chanson s'inspire d'un article de David Gough paru dans THE SYDNEY MORNING HERALD, et traduit dans le n° 338 de COURRIER INTERNATIONAL Les versions anglaise, espagnole, hindi, portugaise, tibétaine et en langue des signes sont en ligne sur Youtube et Dailymotion. Nous préparons actuellement la version arabe, et nous recherchons des interprètes de langue maternelle germanique, japonaise, russe, chinoise, et autres... PROJECT
FREE BETTI plans to make different languages and original versions of the same Dharamsala song. Written in 1998, the song touches the destiny of Tibetan children who cross the Himalayas risking their lives fleeing their homeland to take refuge in India or Nepal. English, Portuguese, Spanish, Tibetan, Hindi, Sign Language, French versions are on line on Youtube and Dailymotion.
