ASCOLTA ANCHE IL PRIMO ALBUM!!!!!!!
We play together since late september 2001. As we deeply enjoy the taste of the plum distillate "slivovitz", that's where our name comes from. During these years, we've released a record for a label called ethnoworld and the second album "Hubris" has been released by MOONJUNE Records (NewYorkCity-USA) on September, 2009. We're just about to finalize our third record, which has an even rockier edge and will be released in the forthcoming months. We played a lot, either in Italy and abroad (Hungary, where we played also in SZIGET 2004 under the name "Jeff & The Wild Slivovitz, in Austria and Spain, Croatia and Serbia, where we've also performed at the Nisville Interantional jazz Festival in 2010 ), winning several competition of Jazz and instrumental music in general. We are based mainly in Naples, but some of us are currently living or working in somewhere else. We do feel the task to keep it up, though! Our line - up went through minor changes over the years, but the core of the band never changed! Our current line - up features drums, bass, trumpet, violin, guitar, saxophone and harmonica.
