Upon This Dawning were born in the end of 2006, from the fusion of many different musical backgrounds. The band recorded immediately their first EP "Count the seconds before your last breath" in 2007 and they started straight to promote themselves and the Demo with many shows in their country (Italy). After the 2 new demo songs record, the guys started the collaboration with "Ghost Agency" that organized a tour for them from January to May 2009. After that, for the band the time had come to write a full lenght album, "On your glory We build our empire" was recorded in August 2009, it was released in Italy by Slakeless Heart Records in December 2009 and promoted in an Italian / European tour that will bring them to play with some important American and European bands like Dance Gavin Dance, In Fear and Faith, Asking Alexandria and many others. At the moment they're recording some new tracks with the new line up, so stay tuned! ;)
