SELFBRUSH {CZECH REPUBLIC | CZECHY}

SELFBRUSH is one of the best songwriters in this part of Europe and since two years most frequently performing Czech artist in Poland. This October he visited us with his band Please the Trees.
He performed in our country over 50 times, receiving a lot of flattering reviews and gaining a number of fans (usually female :) ). The real name of Selfbrush is Vaclav Havelka who is an important figure of Czech alternative scene. Gifted with an incredible voice, he performs solo with his guitar only. He lives in Prague where he sometimes sings with Please the Trees.
The effect of performances in Polnad was releasing an EP "...For A New Mother" in polish publishing Locco Records/Borówka Music. The album had its premiere on 9th September 2009 on polish radio Trójka. The EP was recorded in Czech, Italy, USA and Spain. Among the guests there were for instance Giorgio Menossi, drummer of the band Lonely Drifter Karen and Mattia Coletti, the lover of experimental music from Italy.
Using the opportunity we would like to send greetings to our friends from Prague with who since recently we can share our passion for developing our project.

SELFBRUSH to jeden z najlepszych songwriterów w tej części Europy, a od dwóch lat chyba też najczęściej koncertujący w Polsce czeski artysta. W październiku zawitał do nas z ze swoim zespołem Please The Trees.
Wystąpił w naszym kraju ponad 50 razy zbierając wiele pozytywnych recenzji oraz grupkę fanów i fanek (z naciskiem na fanek). SelFbrush naprawdę nazywa się Vaclav Havelka, jest ważną postacią czeskiej sceny alternatywnej. Obdarzony niesamowitym głosem występuje solo, z gitarą. Na co dzień mieszka w Pradze, gdzie czasami śpiewa w zespole Please The Trees.
Efektem występów w Polsce było wydanie EP „...For A New Mother" w polskim wydawnictwie Locco Records/Borówka Music. Płyta miała premierę 9 września 2009 roku w radiowej Trójce. EP została nagrana w Czechach, Włoszech, USA i Hiszpanii. Wśród gości znaleźni się m.in. Giorgio Menossi, perkusista zespołu Lonely Drifter Karen oraz Mattia Coletti, miłośnik muzyki eksperymentalnej z Włoch.
Korzystając z okazji chcielibyśmy serdecznie pozdrowić naszych przyjaciół z Pragi z którymi możemy od niedawna dzielić się pasją tworzenia projektu.
